Epigenetic Data Upload

Checking login status

You must be logged in to upload epigenetic datasets. Please use the login form in the top-right.

TrackHub’s must be publicly accessible (not within a VPN or firewall)

This will not download files to the system, but all files will be added to the list of available epigenetic datasets and set to public access.

Genome build (mm10, hg19 etc.)

TrackHub URL (must be Publicly available)

Users can upload BigWig/BigBed files or point to files publicly hosted on a FTP/HTTP location
The system does not accept google drive or dropbox links
Any number of files can be uploaded
There’s a current upload limit of 3gigs/file
Chromosome column in the files must be “chr1”, “chr2” etc. and NOT “1”, “2”, etc

Upload BigWig/BigBed File

File URL (Must be publicly available and not an intranet location)

File Title (used as display name in visualizations)

Annotation
